note that this is just a suggestion wouldn't it be cool to get a gift from riot bc of ur birthday?and ppl that were toxic and had negative attitude won't get anything. it will be a good way to encourage good behavior.
I would rather they keep the money to keep the game free to play...

As far as i know we didnt put our birth date when we made our account. granted its been a long time since i made my account so im not sure, but i dont know. at least with it being an Xmas gift that can be given on a set date. whereas with birthday those are different for everyone. plus you know how people are, they would probably keep trying to change their date to get more gifts!
