Currently only have 1282 rp and was told i can ask for more in help to get an intended skin?

Been meaning to get the Jhin skin for a while and missed the sale. Riot, you have absolutely no reason to give me 68 rp at all, but im just asking. As told by others when i got a bit upset with how close i was when i realized i could have gotten the skin and not something else.

Im not begging. Im not trolling. And i'm prolly not earning it either. Honest to god just wondering if not asking.
