Leaver Buster Queue reset

Hey guys, So i'm a pretty new player at league, and I've noticed the Leaver Buster program that I find a good idea, well except for one part.

Maybe I haven't been leaving enough games, but from what I've noticed, the queue wait time stacks. This is a good intimidation to players who often rage and try to quit the game because things do go as they want, but it is also bad for people who have a bad internet connection (like me) and disconnects often.

Though i'm not particularly complaining about that part, I just want to suggest that there be a queue wait reset back to 5 mins after someone plays a certain amount of games, or they take off 5 mins for every X amount of games they play until it reaches 5 again. I haven't been in the queue for almost a month, but today i got a 10 minute one and i find that a bit unfair when i've completed alot of games successfully and get punished so much by just disconnecting by one not of my own fault.

Also, not sure if leaving a game is separate from disconnecting, but if it isn't it would be nice to separate them, but give the same punishment; so leaving the game queue wait stacks doesn't have relation to disconnect queue wait stacks but if the person has a higher leave queue stack than disconnect, they have to use the leave queue wait stack. If the disconnect is higher, then they use the disconnect. Not sure how viable that part is, but I was thinking of it in a way to prevent people from exploiting the leave of game for only a 5 min wait time and resets after they play a number of games. So basically after for example if they play 5 matches, they get a free leave (sorta, 5 mins isn't that long).

I hope you guys understand where i'm coming from, since i'm pretty bad at explaining things and tend to 'go around the bush'.

Also, there might be a system such as this already in place, but i'm not sure, maybe i didn't complete enough games.

Well for one in the leaver buster the program it tries to differentiate between someone quitting or someone disconnecting. Also as Lyte said on the boards sometime back (this got him quite a bit of flame), you shouldnt play Lol unless you know you have a good internet connection. Yes it may be a free to play game, but that is the point they only have so much money to out into servers and bandwith and the like. So it is partially on the player to secure a good internet provider and connection speed for themselves. I mean it could come down to just getting a better wireless LAN card, or adapter. Or it come down to... u cant get good internet in your area. But really what your suggesting, IMO, makes no sense at all, and if you dont even finish most of your games, maybe you shouldnt be playing LoL... not trying to be offensive, but as someone who has been playing since end of season 1, lvl 30 since beginning of season 2, i cant describe how hard it is to play a game when someone afk's or dc's.
