Stuck at loading screen

So I think it would be better if I post this under bugs since it is technically a bug. (If a moderator or however can control the boards delete the one i made in "Help and Support" that'd be appreciated)

Just making a quick post to ask about this So i'm a blind pick game with my brother but for some reason I can't get past the loading screen with the champion splash.

I've forced closed the game at least 5 times, but it just says i disconnected and reconnected in the game (according to my bro) but i'm still stuck at a random % and don't go any further than that. And i've been waiting at least 5 minutes between the times i closed the client when usually my game loads in about 30 seconds.

Now i bet i'm going to enter the 15 minute queue now :/ (had 3 dc's which leaver buster punished me for :/)

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated, thanks :)
