What is "Riot U"?

When i was reading "PERKS BEYOND THE NORM" in the working at riot page, i noticed that it had "Ongoing education and training through Riot U" i was wondering what that was.

Riot University. :D it's pretty much what the description says, various courses, training and education that can help level up various skills. For example, I just took a course on Agile Fundamentals.
