Are we ever gonna get a sound based mage/fighter?

I've always found the premise of sound based abilities pretty interesting and I was wondering if we would ever get something like that in League. And I don't mean I mean more along the lines of

Some catastrophic damage and techniques based solely on sounds rather than music based sound abilities. Imagine Alistar E, but instead of a stunning auto attack you get some effect from the enemy being within range of the AOE, like some blast that goes off, or a DoT effect on them, etc. It seems like a really cool concept that could be further explored.

Thoughts?

No I said "And I don't mean Sona " and I don't count Bard either because I meant a champion revolving around sound, not just music, and not just some of the elements.

Actually, music is defined as any organized sound, and the ninjas in naruto use organized sound waves as offensive attacks, therefore they use music. You just don't like how it was implemented, but there already is a purely sound based champ in Sona. She's really no different than the sound ninjas save mobility and stealth, since she's a mage not an assassin which is what you REALLY want.

No you misunderstand. Music and sound can exist separately and mix seamlessly, but what they're using for a majority of the time is just sound. Perhaps it is literally defined as music, but the sentiment is clear. Sona is a music based sound champion, but there are no mages/fighters based purely on sound rather than music.

Music is organized sound, but only one of my examples even meets that definition, the other is just constant noise.

Music is sound, based on music is based on sound. No matter what you do, if you fight with sound in anyway you are organizing it and making it into music regardless. And sona is a mage/support. As is Karthus who sings. As for fighters you have LeeSin. Music cannot exist separately from sound. Again you just don't like the application. Oh and btw the sound ninjas in Naruto, they use a speaker, flutes inside their arms, and bells for theor attacks. Even they use music, and its why they have music notes on their headbands. The zombie guy is a human flute, and the Jupiter gif seems irrelevant. Which means Sona is more of a sound fighter than some of your exampkes since she fights ONLY with sound, while they also use physical attacks. In shirt you CANNOT be sound based fighter, without beong music based.
