why is this not an S+??
Please explain why i didnt even get a S...
I went 23-6-17 , 225cs, 20.7k gold.... warded when i have the chance too. with vayne. and i didnt even get a S..
I dont understand how i did not get a dam S... i really dont.

You had around 5 cs a minute. That is extremely low. You only got an S because you had a lot of kills, but your cs was absolutely abysmal.
You should get at least 8 cs a minute for an S+.
Like others have commented, your cs is rather low, unless you somehow completed that round at 20-25 minutes. I'm guessing this game was closer to 40-45 minutes though.
Also it compares your score across the board compared to all vayne games. Right now she's in a pretty strong place with a lot of people putting up really great scores with her setting the bar a little higher. It's all relative to the situation. Cs is definitely a main problem with this case.
