I briefly looked for an answer online but didn't come up with a decent one. I'm silver 1 solo/duo, so I'll get a border and what not. Gold 2 in ranked 5's, and hoping to be Gold 1 in ranked 3's soon. Would I get a gold border only for the ranked teams we acheive them on? Would I get the victorious skin? Thanks :)
For ranked, you will have the border of that specific queue. For normals/Co-op vs. AI, you will get have the higher border between solo queue and ranked 5's on Summoner's Rift, the higher border between solo queue and ranked 3's on Twisted Treeline, and for ARAM, Dominion, and Custom matches you will have the highest border between all three of the queues.
So, for you specifically, if you stay in these tiers, next season you will have the Silver border only when you're playing ranked solo queue, and you will have the Gold border when playing in any other queue.
Also, for the Victorious skin, all you need is to achieve Gold+ in any ranked queue. It doesn't matter if it's solo queue or ranked teams, so yes, you will get the Victorious skin.
