New Year For LoL

Hello fellow summoners and happy new year to everyone .I'd like to introduce myself a bit before I get started. My friends call me Kage(the Japanese word for shadow, not an alternative spelling for cage) I have been playing league of legends since season one. When I discovered league none of my friends wanted to play it with me for one reason or another. I'm pretty sure you all know how much playing solo allows the time can suck. Needless to say after a few months of it I quit. I eventually came back when another friend told me they downloaded it. As a lot of you are aware one of the biggest reasons people stop playing is they have a bad experience with negative playersit, be it verbal harrassment or just someone afk in ranked. This experience is made several times harder when you are playing solo. While many of us in the lol community may not be actively toxic passively allowing this kind of behavior is almost as bad. So as my new years resolution I've decided that instead of contributing to the cycle of negative behavior I'm going to try and be a positive example. It won't be easy (i was one of those stereotype ADC mains that you hear Sky Williams talking about) but for those games where I find myself tempted to analyze or complain about someone I'm just gonna mute and only ping until I calm down. If I'm on tilt I'll take a break rather than ruin someone else's fun. No blame game no name calling no flaming non-meta picks just try and relax and find some fun in this game I love so much. So that's my 2015 LoL new years resolution and I would highly encourage everyone who feels like the league community could be better, to do the same.

Well when i first tried ranked i was still new to the whole MOBA genre. Didn't really understand how games like LoL played out,I was really confused by everything. At the time I didn't know that this was a team game and you needed your team to succeed I thought that the game was based on you. Anyways when i first started doing ranked I couldn't understand the difference between it and normal and was so confused. As a result I did poorly in my provisional matched and was placed in bronze. After that I never stopped playing ranked I played so many ranked games that it will often stress me the fuck out. I cant tell you how many times I have yelled at my screen and flipped my chair over or how I went on full tilt. Every game of ranked I played was another bowl of rage for me. So after a couple of ranked games i decided that i should take a break from LoL. I got my xbox 360 out and played Skyrim. After a couple of weeks I went back to playing LoL, after promising myself that i would play anything but ranked and have fun. And I did, I had so much fun playing Aram and Twisted tree line with a little normal que in summoners rift. After all my fun my passion for LoL was rekindled. Anyways I came to realise that I wanted to do good in ranked and get in high elo and be a pro xD, whatever that means. So I decided that i'm gonna play 1000 games of normal que and get "better" so I can do better in ranked and get placed in high elo >:). But you know what makes this game so much fun for me is that fact that I get to play with other players from all over the world and test my skills against them.

Okay now you answer my question why do you think that I don't need 1000 games?

does it sound too noobish V.V

honestly it doesnt take long to improve once you start actively trying to improve and figure out what you personally are doing wrong:P
