It's a Legendary and Legacy skin, so it's 1820 when it's outside of the vault. I wouldn't say it's necessarily rare, but it's a pretty good skin nonetheless.

It is as rare as Primetime Draven and Forecast Janna if that puts it into perspective.

It's pretty rare, it's like a bootleg legendary skin without the cool voice over or particles. It's legacy, but comes back a lot and goes half off way too often, but it's technically a legendary. Same goes with the Alien 'donger.
