Reporting a troll in ranked

good, just had a AWESOME jg Twisted fate with runic echos that did nothing the whole game. good for him i have nothing to report him for. verbal abusing someone should be something u should get 2 chances on, because if you get mad, sometimes a few words fall out. But, when u troll in a game, you do it on purpose, also, if you lose the game because of them, great u lost a game in ranked because some dickhead thinks he can go around just ruining other people's day, also, heres another thing, great, ok you're losing 15LP get over it, but then you have to wait 20 minutes to surrender, riot, we don't have all day. then after u feel all tilted and stuff just the same way you got verbal abused by someone. I don't know why we have 3 ways to report a flamer. but none to report someone that just trolled the entire game. plus no urf. riot plz step up your game.
