WHY?!?!? This is patch 6.13 right???? The patch notes say deep sea nami will be released....... well... technically its released but why cant i Buy it!?!?!? [zombie-brand-mindblown]

Its been 6 hours and deep sea nami is still not available T.T i am one sad nami main.

Its still not out?!?!? This happened last time with koi nami chroma release.... sigh nami mains get no love :(

P.S. Great White Nami next nami skin plz :P (like it matters I buy them all....)

skins always come out at some point in the patch, but almost never on patch release.

For a lot of skins, it takes a few days after the patch before it becomes available.
