Gifting Bundles / Chromas

From what I've tried so far, it is impossible to gift a friend Chromas or Bundles. I feel like this would be a nice change.

I have a friend that plays exclusively Nami when we duo, so was hoping to gift him Koi Nami Chroma for good luck during the new season.

It would also be nice to gift friends new to the game a starting pack, etc.

Is this possible to code? Thoughts?
