Gamers club

For my school I'm thinking of making a club that would meet every Friday after school and they could play league or something on the PCs,(or play on consoles if we have enough money) and we could play games together or whatever for it you would have to get a 3.5 or higher GPA or something like that and to apply but the problem is how would i get the money to build all those PCs and pay back the school?
