Riot Ranked Aram PLEZ
I mean why can not there be a ranked aram it would be super fun but people are going to ban aoe champs like azir and galio all the time, and jax hes op in aram

I would love this as well. Its funny because aram seems really well populated but when I see threads suggesting this everyone says it could never work and terrible idea.
I wonder what it would cost riot to slap bans and ranks on ARAM, set up the queue and just see what happens
I don't mind a different form to implement in rolling champions or ranks to climb overall, but this just doesn't make sense to me. ARAM doesn't come down to picks, counter-picks, bans, and objective strategy. It's almost 100% team composition, and the little wiggle room there is would be removed on two facing teams of equal skill levels.
Simply put, the team with the better area damage, sustain, poke, etc that team wins. Even taking into account bans, the bar would vary so wildly as to be unpredictable. No matter how good someone is and in what roles, ARAM removes that by making it luck. And sure, you can roll all your team's mains, but you can also roll shit champions, or good champions that happen to be blindly countered by the enemy. With no choice in the matter, or oversight.
Even with ten bans, even with twenty, every champion left will still come down in a random mix and leave one team on a much better footing overall.
So the prerequisite's would be:
Level 30 (Duh)
Own all champions
Be in good standing and considered non-toxic (30 or negative/lost less Tribunal cases)
the pick ban phase will be back and forth one at a time 15 seconds each. (turn will end once ban is completed)
Everyone gets to ban one champion then all are blocked except the random button and you can only hit it once(no re-rolls)
If you fail to click the random button a random champion will be assigned(

If you fail to ban on your turn a random champion will be banned( )
