I honestly think Riot should've made Jinx canonically have a flat-chest complex

Since Jinx is also a flattie, I think she should've been written with a HUGE jealousy for the women with HUGE assets. MF, Sona, Nidalee, etc.

It would've just added to the comedy factor!
