Dear Lyte, Please give me my chat logs right now. I have never been chat restricted, and I got banned for violating "terms of service" which I do not think is warranted. I already sent a support ticket which was replied to with obviously an automated response, not by an actual person reading what I wrote. You guys need to fix your system. I demand proof to why I was banned for 2 weeks instead of chat restricted.

If your support ticket sounded anything like this post, I cannot for the life of me imagine why they wouldn't give you everything you wanted.
I know that, as a customer service employee, I love when customers demand things of me while making unwarranted assumptions about how we work, and about me personally.

Hi Riot, I was just banned for 14 days with no prior warning. My email got a notice saying that I was banned for "violating the terms of service" and I am not sure what that exactly means. Does that mean that I was toxic, because I have never gotten a chat restriction. I really love League, and I need to grind for Gold. Can you guys clarify what I was banned for? I have been banned in the past for leaver buster, but I have been good about that for a while now. I really am clueless as why I was banned. Please help me understand!
