DJ Sona Discount?

So I recently saw the preview for DJ Sona I'm really excited for the skin! However, I don't have the amount needed to buy it full price, but I noticed that other ultimate skins (Spirit Guard Udyr and Pulsefire Ezreal) were discounted to about below 2000 RP (which I can afford!). Does anybody know if it is going to be discounted, because it doesn't say anything about a discount in the promo page? Thanks!
