Even in the anime he hasn't gotten any amazing ranking a any of the regional tournament. like at one he only got to the round of 32.

It's been a long time since I watched any pokemon thing, but I'm pretty sure Ash got a Latias, which means he got at least one legendary.

Her q is the 2nd weakest part of her kit. Right behind her pretty pointless passive. I can get red buff on any other champion and do the same thing but better.
