Master Yi New build!

I've been wondering for so long what would make Master Yi work all game! I've been building Warrior into beserker's Greves, bork, titanic then into Black cleaver and then depending on their comp either deadmans plate spirit visage ga or even guinsoos. With all attackspeed yellows reds quints and then mr per level blues. Idk if this is good but can someone explain why this works like 60+% of the time? Over other builds?
