About not releasing URF.

Ok, so i get it that riot announced that URF wasnt going to be released like a month ago. But they had no real reason to. they said that Rotating game modes are coming out but the release date hasnt even been announced yet. There was no real actual reason why they canceled URF, they could have just waited for the next game mode to cancel. They knew that canceling urf would be a huge problem but they did it anyway. I blame Rito for this one.
