Is there a way to get my permanent suspension repealed?

So recently i was permaband. I didnt receive an email regarding the ban and after further investigation, i found it was due to charge back. I recently had to charge back because someone got my credit card information and bought a few things with it. So becuase i got my credit card info stolen, im not able to use my account. Is there any way i can fix this.

Submit a ticket to support and let them know what happened. If it's a permanent ban for credit card activity I expect it may be something Riot will consider repealing, but if it's for behavior they won't.
