Double Ip weekends

I feel that riot should impliment the double ip weekends more often. It dont really remeber the last time there was one though i am sure it was about a little under a year ago. It would be nice to have it around once a month or something like that. Now im not complaining that i dont have enough ip. I pretty much have all the champs i like bought, but i remember when i didnt have as much ip as i do now. I almost quit once just because it seemed like it would take way too long to get a 6300 champ or even a 4800 champ. The reason im askin for this is just so that new players or really anyone has a chance to get any extra ip to help them get the champs they want. Even though its only once a month, any extra amount would stil be good.
