14 Day account suspension after first offense?

I have just received a 14 day ban because of toxicity but I believe the time suspension is a little ridiculous considering I have never been banned on this account EVER apart from maybe when i was pre level 10 and got a day ban for leaving im not sure, that was a number of years ago. I'm not saying I don't deserved to be punished because I agree that I do. but 14 days come on now! I have spent an ungodly amount of money and time on this game and League is literally my only way to escape from my troubles in the real world. I believe 3 or even 7 days is more reasonable because like I said, this is my first ever offense. I don't even think what I said was that terrible considering I was being judged for every single thing I did and I locked in top after calling lane then some troll instalocks top and everyone flames me for it. I tried to contact riot support but they have not replied in 4 hours so to the boards I headed. I'm not sure how to pull up my tribunal case but if you find out please reply. I would appreciate any feedback on the matter (Lyte i'm looking at you buddy) I love this game and although the community can be a little shady at times (including me, thus the reason for my ban) I love the community as well. didn't have to read past the first line to see why you were banned. Faggot is one of the most reported and punished things you can say.

Oh well guys im on another level 30 account ill be using for my 14 days. I wanted to see why a 14 day ban was necessary for a first offense but I guess I see now. Whatever.

i myself dont understand why so many people here jump to the defence of this tribunal system that is really ridiculous with its punishments. its not doing it for everyone, i know many people who say ALOT worse than what this guy has said and have had nothing done not even a warning, and yes they were reported.

everyone jumping on him and saying it was deserved cos he called someone a 'faggot' jst take a step back for a second this is verbal abuse and should be punished by chat ban NOT 2 week ban thats ridiculous. sometimes we cant help getting too involved and angry at someone who is constantly talking and trying to make you have a negative experience. muting doesnt always work as for me i cant be sure if they arent talkign crap and asking team mates to report you. which happens alot. begging for reports should be worthy of punishment imo as it corrupts the whole system

i started a similar thread about me getting banned for 2 weeks for saying something negative but it was really minor and not worthy of a 2 week ban. and like here, everyone jumped on the tribunal defence bandwagon and couldnt see my point of view that the punishment wasnt not 'just' or fair and didnt fit the so-called 'crime'.

I got a 14 day suspension in the beginning of June. If you put your chat log here we can tell for sure if it was deserved. A lot of people say its extreme, but i remember the shit that i wrote andnow know that i deserved it.
