I lost a promo do to a client bug GAMEPLAY

I dont use the forums often I didnt know how else to show video proof other than to capture it upload it and link it. Anyways i got a bug during champ select that froze the accept/decline match on my screen. I was unable to pick a champion and I lost 1 promo game for this. Im sure this will get little to no attention but its worth a shot. This is unfair and im asking for some sort of compensation such as remove the loss from my series but its not likely to happen. very unlucky. very upset.
