I have seen enough on Red Tracker at this point to know the Snowdown Shop is delayed due to some strange issue, so I'm just wondering, what is this issue? Is it something interesting like making all skins 99.99% off, or is it something boring like just crashing the client? If you can answer, that would be great :D

We're trying to work out issues that were preventing some players from receiving all of their offers.
