Cool idea for a new spells?

I was watching a video and I thought about cool champion spells. One that stood out is maybe some sort of mind control, that you can control their character's/minion's movement (maybe even spells). Another spell is creating new temporary terrain, this would be in a sense very strategic.

I think some of the spells Riot are adding get kind of repetitive, even though it is extremely hard to come up with new ideas, even the ones I came up with seem a tad boring. Maybe we could offer them more ideas?
