When are you nerfing Udyr?

You nerfed Rek'Sai's damage, because if she went tanky, she still did too much damage, same thing has been happening with Udyr for a very long time. No tank should be able to do so much damage. Tanks are literally there to soak the damage and setup kills, not 1v3 people while still soaking damage.
