You need a screen capture program such as Fraps (not sure if fraps will record mic)

I however do not recommend fraps as it takes up an un-reasonably large amount of space on your hard drive to save the video files it takes because it does not compress them. A google search will turn up similar programs, most of them will require you to pay some amount of money, and the ones that don't often have annoying water marks on the video.

depends tbh the way i find easiest is to use OVS(open broadcaster software), and there are plenty of guide's on youtube and other places on how to record with that. and its free, iirc fraps is better but costs money
