Seriously stop. No ones learning anything when you keep surrendering at 20

I surrender @ 20 for all the latest League related information.
As far as I'm concerned, surrendering should be at 10 and not 20.
As such, no, I'm not going to surrender a game where we're down 2 towers and they're ahead by 5 kills.
But dammit, I don't want to play a game where we're down by 5 towers and they're ahead by 2 dragons and 15 kills.
The only thing I'm learning from this is that I queued up with the wrong people.
I don't know what to do here. I want to upvote the first line, but downvote the second. =/

I like that idea. Let them have their surrender option but they do not get to que up for the next 15 minutes and the wait goes up like the dodge wait. Maybe then people will stop abusing the surrender button and actually work to get better at the game so the scenarios these idiots give as reasons to surrender never happen in the first place.
they could learn something more useful instead of wasting their time working for nothing but a loss
