Does anyone know if you get a free mystery skin if you buy a legendary for a friend?

The title says it all, really. I have enough RP left over to get the Magnificant T.F skin when it goes on sale tommorow, but I don't think it's that great of a skin.

I thought that I'd just gift it to someone, if they wanted it, but I would enjoy getting another free mystery skin. So, if anyone could answer my question, that would be great, thanks!

Buy the skin and you automatically get the mystery skin too. I bought 3 legendary skins. Surprise party fiddle and prime time Draven are 975 rp legendary skins

I believe that the bonus skin only goes to your friend but I'm not 100% sure
