If I call someone bad, is that toxic? If it's true, it's honesty, remember? If someone is stupid, or dumb, makes bad plays, it's the truth, right? Right. If someones terrible, I'm gonna call them terrible. (Terrible comparing to me)

Toxicity isn't about the validity of a statement, but the intent. Calling someone bad may be true but it does nothing to assist your team. It puts people in a bad mood (or in a worse one) and can cause them to go on full tilt, effectively making their choices and play worse. If it is true you are basically pointing out what they should already know, but in a non-constructive way.
That is the nature of toxicity, it is pointless and detrimental, and as such your poll options stand for the same exact thing.
Talking to anyone. That's toxic. Seriously, just don't even use the chat, at least in bronze and silver you're better off.
or just not say anything along the lines of 'You're bad' and say 'You could CS better if you did X'.
The truth value of a statement is completely irrelevant and unrelated to whether or not it is a toxic statement.
Well, I'm just sayin', hehe, if I do something wrong, even a simple thing, it's like they're all up on me like a frog on a fly, but when they make a mistake, I just say something along the lines of "do this better, blah blah" or "ur bad noob". It's not harming anybody. Yeah, I'm Bronze, it's REAL hard to get out of Bronze/Silver with the ranked system. If you win X games in a row, (let's say 7)you get a stupid team for 7+ games, making you essentially drop, drop, and drop! ^_^ I got banned for toxicity, and I got a lot better...But sometimes the rage still takes over. Still, I'm showing improvements
