HEEEEEELP!

I'm about to cri. vvortic pls save me. I need OBS to work with me here. I seriously need some professional help. How in the blue duck do I use scenes and stuff. I have 2 scenes set up, one for when I'm out of game, and one when I'm in it. When I'm ingame, it works fine, if I alt tab out, its still in the game running it perfectly and smooth. However, when I am on the window where you queue into games, the Pvp.Net client, if I go to chrome, it SHOWS the chrome window! I just want my 1 or 2 viewers(kappa) to see the League, nothing else. Also, if someone kind enough would be willing to contact me on league (Brb Pool On Fire) and guide me through this magical hard to use rainbow known as scene switcher, that'd be cool too.
