Soft Reset RIOT PLEASE!

Dear Riot,

Why not hard reset all the accounts in season 4. I know your excuse or reason for it is that we need to get familiar with the new changes and updates, well guess what..It didn't really feel like it changed at all! Its the same map and and different icons. I have been playing this game for a year now and season 3 reset was great, It made me love the game and supported your company by buying skins and RP but please! Hear us out, we gamers want to have reset. We wanna feel new and fresh at the start of the season, Either we start at really good place or not. I feel bad for the people whose stuck in there current elo they are and forcing them not play ranked. Like you have 32 MILLION VIEWERS, I am sure that most players wants HARD RESET.

Let me ask you to clarify some things... By "hard" reset you mean:

Re-lock all champions, make everyone lvl 1 again.

or

Reset everyone's eLo

To be honest... I was placed in Bronze 4, and am now in Silver 4. With enough practice I'm sure you will rise up as well. (If you must, get a really good duo partner)
