Another Summoner Names Sweeps?

Hello Riot,

I think you should do another summoner names sweeps at the start of Season 4 because some people want to have their desired name but theres always someone ending up taking it and never use the account ever. For example, like me...I wanted my name as "Paddeh" but someone took it and never used it. And maybe a reduce on rp name change too like 600. I kinda missed the may version of this so yeah. Cheers
