I was browsing the champions and i thought, Man that would be awesome if had a winter themed skin!!!

Flamespitter: snow blowing

Scrap sheild: i am stumped on this one, leave suggestions! :)

Electro harpoon: ice shards

The equalizer: it snows from the sky and theres snowballs on the ground

passive:gets gets really cold!

This would be pretty sweet Rumble is a champ in need of some cool skins - I think the reason he doesn't have many now has something to do with having a strange skeleton that makes new skins tough to make.

Hail/Blizzard for W, and the raining big snowballs for R cracks me up
