So how do you get an S as ADC if 15/0/6 isn't good enough AND we won?

Because KDA isn't the only factor. There might have been more.

I don't think KDA is the only factor, and the total might not matter, but instead be the KDA per minute (so simply having a really long match doesn't guarantee higher scores).

My friend went 27/1/1 on LB and only got an A+

At some point someone from Riot said "It's based on your performance, your teams performance, the length of the game, win vs loss and a few other factors."

That makes sense. I was just a bit annoyed by it, there was a Kat on our team with an 18/12 KDA....maybe her high number of kills knocked mine down a bit? Or maybe the enemy team doing so poorly made it lower because it wasn't a challenging game.
