I got soul stealer vayne from a chest but I don't even play her. I am stuck not knowing what to do with the skin.

The expensive ones are best to hold onto to disenchant for when you get a shard you want to craft (as opposed to rerolling it). It is a great skin, so you may also decide to use it in the future, so you may prefer to hold onto it if you ever want to use Vayne (it's not like you need to use her a lot to want a skin).
Just don't reroll it; your chances of a good/pricey reroll does not change with more expensive shards used.
