Is it possible for someone to get 51 RP, From riot? Because Im 51 RP off Arcade Ezreal(1299 Rp FEELSBADMAN).

You can send your request for a small amount of RP once to Riot Support through a Support Ticket or tweet @RiotSupport on Twitter. They will probably request some original League artwork from you in return, but don't worry, you don't have to be an artist! You can draw something with stick figures, write a haiku, or even express yourself through interpretive dance while dressed as your favorite champion!
you can paint a picture and send it to the riot games support. they can give you small rp amount, but just once so be aware
if you have 1999 rp, why can't you get arcade ezreal?
I'm not sure if it's still something they do, but you used to be able to make fan art to get RP as a one time thing if you were off by a small amount.
