is sona elligible for regular 50% off sales?
kinda what the title says... i know legendaries don't go on sale and dj sona skin costs the same as legendaries, so is it possible that it will ever be on sale or is it excluded from that rotation

Ultimate skins, like DJ Sona and Pulsefire Ezreal, are never put on sale except during their release week. You'll have to pony up the 3200 RP or so if you want to unlock it - or get really lucky with Mystery Gifting.
