Anyone can help me register for the Korean Server?

So, i am trying to register for the Korean server.

I get to step 3 (where they ask you for the phone number or I-Pin). I opt for the phone number. I put mine in, select 외국인, and then when it goes to the next screen, nothing pops up. Is there anyone out there who has been through this and can get me past step 3?
