Spectating Games on Mobile Devices

Could there maybe be an app by League of Legends or someone else that allows us to watch/rewatch games other than places streaming? For example, being able to watch a previous game of mine so I can learn from a mistake that I had made. If there is an app out there for that, please let me know thanks!
