Now, this probably makes no sense at all. But I'll explain a little bit. The Ekko Q is for waveclear, mostly. It'll do quite a lot of damage, but the waveclear is a really underrated aspect of this spell in general. The Gnar W passive is there to kite/chase better. It stacks on spells and uses AP, so it would work nicely with the rest of it, especially since it has no wait time after using like Braum or Ekko passives. Pretty much the same with Vel passive, it does lots of damage and these spells have low CDs to stack it. The troll pole is for the mobility and large damage, and the Chog ult is for lots and lots of damage and innate tankiness. Overall, the champion would end up having an Ekko sort of playstyle with more damage and more tankiness.

Master Yi's passive and ultimate provide massive damage steroids which synergize extremely well with Vayne's Silver Bolts.
Vayne's Tumble is a useful repositioning tool for chasing, retreating or dodging abliities.
Finally, Nunu's Ice Blast provides a massive movement speed and attack speed slow, providing strong self-peel and crippling the ability of any autoattack-speed-reliant champion's ability to duel you.
