Since last year was filled with bring back URF comment everywhere and they remade the gamemode available next april. I think we should start a comment saying # BringBackCigar and it would totally hype the marksman update since we all know This update is just an opportunity for graves cigar to Come back.

ESRB rates extra content differently than base content.
If you want to blame riot for being unwilling to let their ESRB rating go up then that is fine. Any other issue is with the ESRB.

But it seems illogical that a cigar would be such a problem in game that includes a character completely based around drinking alcohol, a succubus (character based on seducing and then killing men), a pole dance, gory executions, loads of obvious and not-so-obvious sex jokes, etc.

I don't really have any insight on why the ESRB rates things the way they do, but that is the situation.
Why do we let kids play play call of duty all day but freak out when someones boob pops out for half a second on TV by accident?
Excitidly Insane1 votesWhenever there is a League of Legends official video there is always the ESRB rating and a warning that tobacco products are used.
I think it's to do with cultural differences, the default skin is aimed to please the greatest number of people possible, if theory serves me right. That way the maximum number of champions are available to each regional tournament. Skins are extras, and those that do not conform to a specific culture are unable to be purchased or used.

They probably could do that, but why would they bother? I cant imagine anyone at riot considers this case anything other than closed.
