Anyone Else Have Luck as Bad as Mine? I Need to Know I'm Not the Only One

So this is just absolutely unbelievable now. I'm trying my 110% hardest to get into plat. I FINALLY got past all of the trolls, bms, and feeders for a few games and got into promos, went up 2-1 in promos. Next game had teammates arguing and bming from the start, as most games that begin like that go, we lost. Then with it tied 2-2 went 15-8-22 on Gragas jungle and we lost. It was going great and that was going to be the game to win it and suddenly for the first time in a year and a half that we've had this cat, he decides tonight, right now, is the time to step on the router and turn it off for 5 mins before I get back into the game which brought them back into it. (It was earlier in the game so we fought back but we could've put it away had it not happened. Now fast forward past some good and bad games, I'm back in promos a couple days later (today). First game, our Draven is "high" and would just stop moving at random times and die. He threw random ults and attacked in a couple fights but mostly just fed and sat at the fountain. Somehow I managed to start 6-0 in the first 9 mins and our Rumble and Brand got fed and we were winning a 4v5. Then the game got too late and people got caught out and Draven officially stopped playing the last 10 mins. 19-13-23 in a loss. Next game, get into game, Shen dies in 2 mins and quits the game as our mid builds AP Jarvan and we let them push to end because of two trolls. So down 0-2 in my next attempt at the series I join another game after that one and sure enough the same AP Jarvan is in my game. He asks me to pick him Jarvan since he was last pick and I asked someone to dodge because he's a troll. Then suddenly I'm the bad guy because I call him a troll and I can't dodge myself since I'm 0-2 in promos. So after 3/4 people in champ select turn on me for no reason, one of them saying "let's troll him" after I told them I can't dodge because of promos, I just went ahead and dodged. I got dropped 35 LP for that dodge.

Now that story time is over, I HAVE to know if anyone out there has this kind of luck. And I need some advice on how to deal with it. People say "carry harder", "positive attitude" and stuff like that but I try to go into every game with a positive attitude, say gl hf, talk to my team etc and this still happens game after game. And as for the "carry harder" that's not helpful at all. I carry the best I can but when you have trolls or dc's it's just not enough in a ranked game. I've tried taking breaks from the game or playing a couple games a day at most, playing normals or ARAM for a bit, nothing. I would love for someone to give me their advice on how to deal with these games and players constantly.

Updated: Now I'm demoted to Gold II with my final game being a complete carry on top Jarvan IV. Once again because of someone not paying attention in champ select and last picking Kha'Zix forcing Ahri to support.

TL;DR - Horrible luck with teammates, games, champ select. Want to know how people deal with extremely long streaks of bad luck.
