Why So Much Toxicity?

So many times the last few days my teams have been fighting each other. Without saying anything in multiple occasions I watch them banter and tilt each other, giving up before 10 mins and feeding. People ask the other team to report them so they can be punished/banned because no one wants to play with people like that. Instead of asking why and agreeing to report, they instead turn on the person asking to report and start bming them, this includes the two original or more fighting and the newly introduced enemy team into the drama.

From what I've learned, intervening and telling your teammates to relax and and stay positive doesn't work either. In fact, most of the time they both turn on me which makes no sense.

My question is, why is everyone so toxic? I don't understand. Don't quit after 5 mins because you're down 4 kills, don't yell at teammates and blame everyone around you. No one takes any blame and no one can be at fault for anything anymore. Be positive, talk it out or if it's that bad and you really can't stand each other, mute each other and play the game. It is a game after all. Does anyone else experience this in 90% of their games or is it just me? It's getting ridiculous and I've lost many games because of everyone tilting each other.

I think the problem of trolling, is that people don't know the difference between "trolling" and being an a**hole. Trolling was meant to be clever and funny when it first started, now it's just a term for kids with psychological issues intentionally deriving pleasure from ruining the enjoyment of people around them. But like someone said earlier, as long as the company makes money off it, they'll never fix it. Fixing it would A) cost money, B) decrease the number of active players, which would decrease the pool they could draw income from through micro transactions. It's built into the system already to just "start a new account" to get to a different elo, away from these trolls, it's why there's all these starter packs for sale. Even with this system of "leave buster", you'll see the exploit where now there's a feed and surrender at 20 spam, and assuming the leave buster works, the very absent but easily attached "leaver loss prevention"

Just today I was permanently banned because I had a 3 man trio queue in my solo queue ranked match. They all reported me and harassed me all game regardless of me ignoring them and not provoking them. They also got the other team to report me. I ended up getting 9 man reported and permanently banned. Even though during the game I was harassed by my team and the other team. I one shot the enemy jinx and her response to it was typing this to me in all chat, "fuck you anivia", "im reporting u", "enjoy the 9man report hahaha idiot ahhaha". After I one shot that Jinx my Zilean said to me,"keep doing that and maybe I wont report you hahah." Now I have no account to play on.

I also posted a thread in this forum including my chat logs. I really wish they showed what the other team was saying as well as my team. I was cussed at and verbally harassed and even had racist remarks thrown at me. Because letting your frustration out and making yourself feel better is much more important than improving the situation or trying to win the game. This used to hold true for normals only, but now it seems to be the case for ranked as well.

A lot of it has to do with maturity. You have to remember that league consists of all ages and genders meaning that sometimes you will be in a game with a bunch of 14 year old boys who think insulting and toxicity just makes them cool. I do agree though it needs to end.

Simple because more people are trolling and not being punished for it, thus more angry people that riot punishes for being the victim which lads to more anger simple. I don't man players having bad games or accidentally feeding I'm talking about intentionally making the team lose.

Well that's an easy question... I'd say half of the people in this game have lost an account to the indisputable "Tribunal" system. This is the most garbage coded junk that anyone has ever created... ever. When it's automated, it just filters key words, there is no human judgement to see where those words came from. Even when it's a case where a "unbiased moderator/underpaid rage jockey" reviews the case, they're still inclined to ask basic question and deduce based on words used. How about instead of getting your e-feelings hurt, you remember that you hit puberty, and handle human interaction with the mute function that was built into the game, or think of something clever to say back. If you click the report button for anything other than "Cheating" or "Leaving/AFK", you're a baby. You're an overgrown baby. Grow tf up.

I only report because I get reported if I'm the one on the other side. I would never report otherwise and don't encourage. But people want to report me for intervening and the enemy team hops on it? I'm gonna hop on the train too and report people for being dicks.
