Can I look at upcoming skin sales?

In the past I believe I found a link to the months upcoming skin releases. Is this a real thing or am I mistaken it for something else. Ex: I want a nocturne skin could I see if it's going on sale this month? Even a way to see the next time it is expected to go on sale would be awesome.
