I'm seriously questioning if people say it for fun or sarcastically because I left my game just to get a drink and came back to a Defeat .-.

If your team lost within 1 minute due to a 4v5 of course they're going to blame you. Missing 1 person is a huge difference in a team fight, and 1 ace is all it takes to push to the nexus sometimes.
Person: YOU WERE OUR CARRY! WE NEEDED YOU! WHY DID YOU ABANDON US IN OUR TIME OF NEED?!

What you did is essentially the same as walking off the soccer field while the game was going on to get some orange juice off the picnic table.
