@ Riot, this is getting out of hand

I'm being constantly trolled in games, left and right, non stop, and intentionally so. I send in report tickets, I use the after game report function, but there is nothing being done to combat the toxic actions of my "teammates" on one account in particular. I have noticed, personally an alarming increase in the number of intentionally trolled games in all normal modes of play ever since Tribunal went down. I would VERY much like to discuss this IN PERSON with a Riot employee. I am already in contact with a handful off members of your support staff and while they are doing what they can this is not enough. The amount of trolling I have to deal with on a daily basis in NORMAL games is insane. Its practically every other match, and it tends to happen in streaks.

That nothing is being done to stop the intentional trolls from ruining the game experience of other players is astounding. Its making me very upset, and understandably so. I quit this game once because of this crap. I hate that they are allowed to report me for any random ole thing and have it count as a valid report while the act of intentionally trolling the game (in some cases by the same player or players SEVERAL times in one week) goes completely unchecked. OF COURSE if you intentionally ruin my game and gaming experience for your personal enjoyment its going to make me mad. IT SHOULD! I should be outraged at it, and I should have some form of rebuttal to assure that those players are removed and I am not forced to endure endlessly trolled games for the entirety of my league playing career. Why are these trolls allowed to impact my games in this manner without punishment? Why are they allowed to play at all when the main purpose of playing the game for them is to cause others misery? I don't ever go into a game with intent to troll the heck out of my team and make everyone mad. Why are these players allowed to? And why, if I refuse to play with them am I punished for it? My game experience was ruined... I don't want to spend 35 or 40 minutes in a game a player(s) who sole purpose in that game is to further diminish the enjoyment I might have experienced from playing. They are allowed to intentionally ruin my gaming experience but I am not allowed to tell them off for it, leave the game because of it, or do anything to remove that toxic person from every having an opportunity to play in my games? I am punished no matter what I choose to do. If I tell them off, restricted. Maybe banned. If I afk, leaverbustered. If I grin and bear it I suffer extreme mental anguish. Why is it that trolls are allowed to punish the entirety of the league community without consequence? Please address this issue. For the LOVE of GOD.
