Should I buy Champion or Add Rune Page?

K here's my problem, at least I have 6888 Influence Point but Idk which should I buy Add Rune page or Champ. I really wanna buy champ but I also wanna buy a Rune page but which one is better?????

Since you were in bronze id recommend the rune page but you never specified the champion you planned to buy either so idk

i would suggest a champ if you have your two basic rune pages

being

AD ad reds armor yellows ad quints /as quints (preference ) and mr blues (flat or scaling once again preference )

AP magic pen reds armor yellows ap quints mr blues (flat or scaling )

these two pages can work with 95% of champs...

if you have that.. a champ is fine

if you dont have this... runes..
